Welcome to Primarily Massage 

I specialize in working with clients experiencing complex ailments. I will work with you towards your stated goal(s). In massage, I am typically on the heavier end of pressure, though different pressure can be requested.

My work primarily focuses on highly technical therapeutic massage. In a session, we’ll discuss how your life is being impacted, and then work on alleviating those impacts. I do also understand that general massage work is important, as people are more than the symptoms they have and that the stresses that present in session are just a part of the whole picture and whole body.  The massage work that I do interacts with the connection of your specific stress, whether that stress be pain, discomfort, stress, lack of sleep, anxiety, depression, or just life being life.
